Chef Mercy will created a 7 course fine dining surprise menu in your home for the 10 people you most want to spend an evening with.
A typical dinner uses over 100 ingredients, and Chef Mercy will spend a week cooking in your home for this one dinne.
As the host you will get to see all the behind the scenes of how this magical dinner is created that are normally hidden from the public, from buying the ingredients to preping all the way to eating dinner with friends & family.

How does it work?
Mercy will arrive at your home on Monday, start shopping on Tuesday and will be cooking on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
On Friday and/or Saturday, your friends and family will come and Mercy will serve you dinner.
Mercy will take care of all the travels, shopping, cooking and cleaning.
To host a dinner at your home, the requirements are
Have enough space to host up to 10 people for dinner
Have a minimum of 4 stove cooker, oven, fridge, freezer and enough cutlery / crockery for 10 people
Have a spare room for Mercy to stay at while cooking
Pricing
$3600 for one week of preparation + one dinner (10 people)
$4600 for one week of preparation + two dinners (2 x 10 people)

Chef Mercedes Noam Kostucki
Mercy Mercedes Kostucki is not a trained chef and never worked in a kitchen.
In 2017, Mercy created HiR Fine Dining as a fun temporary side project.
6 months after opening, HiR Fine Dining was featured in OpenTable’s “25 dishes to travel around the world for”.
At the end of the first year, HiR Fine Dining became the #1 restaurant on TripAdvisor for Tamarindo
In 2018, Mercy transported the HiR Fine Dining Culinary Adventure to Los Angeles and New York.
In 2019, Mercy cooked at private clients’ homes in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Seattle, Columbia MI, Minneapolis, Wausau WI and Atlanta
For the next 3 years, the cooking tour in the USA got cancelled because of Covid
In 2023, HiR Fine Dining is returning to the USA in September and October.
