In 2017, Noam Kostucki started HiR Fine Dining. Noam is not a trained chef and never worked in a kitchen. HiR Fine Dining was a temporary side project that became a vocation.
Within 6 months of opening HiR Fine Dining was featured next to culinary legend Heston Blumenthal on OpenTable’s “25 dishes to travel around the world for”.
Since then, HiR Fine Dining became #1 rated restaurant in Guanacaste on TripAdvisor and Noam published his first book about cooking “Accessible Fine Dining”
In 2018, Noam traveled to Los Angeles and New York to HiR Fine Dining experiences for an exclusive number of guests.
In 2019, Noam cooked at private clients’ homes in Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Seattle, Columbia MI, Minneapolis, Wausau WI and Atlanta
In September and October 2020, everything got cancelled because of Covid and Noam opened a new restaurant in San Jose, Costa Rica.
In September and Octobre 2021, a new trip is now being organized with dinners confirmed in Vegas and DC.

How you can host an HiR Fine Dining event in your home
Noam Kostucki travels to the USA to cook for clients in their homes. Noam creates with the best local produce a new version of the dinner he makes at HiR Fine Dining in Costa Rica.
The hosts of the dinner give Noam a room at the house he’ll be cooking at for a week so that he can take the 4 days necessary to create a dinner from scratch.
To host a dinner, all is needed is a minimum of 10 guests.
Noam can served up to 3 dinners with a maximum of 14 guests per dinner.
Dinners are 6 course surprise menus that can be seafood, vegetarian or vegan.
Dinner cost:
$245 / guest for 1 night
$220 / guest for 2 nights
$195 / guest for 3 nights
I take care of my flights and buying food for the dinner.
I can travel anywhere in the USA, and I create the route based on confirmed dinners.
Dinners have already been confirmed for Las Vegas and Washington DC.
I have dinners waiting to be confirmed in Colorado and Seattle.
I do a maximum of 8 stops per year.
